Our mission
Network of Tacoma helps people understand what government is doing, who is responsible, what the public record shows, and how residents can take part peacefully in civic life.
Our point of view
We are progressive and independent. We believe elections must be free and fair, public power must be accountable, constitutional limits matter, political violence is unacceptable, and no elected official is above the law.
A point of view does not excuse careless reporting. We distinguish reported fact, analysis, civic guidance, and opinion. We link primary sources whenever practical and correct material errors openly.
Ownership
Network of Tacoma is published by Casey Jones, Founder and Editor. It is not affiliated with the City of Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington state government, any election office, political party, candidate, or campaign.
